Translation Process

inReddo uses a modular three stage translation process to ensure a very high level of quality while offering a maximum of flexibility.

  • First your text will be prepared for translation by your inReddo project manager, who will serve as your primary contact and ensure that all of your needs are met throughout the process.
  • Next your text is sent to the appropriate translator or team of translators in to get the initial translation.  The translators will proofread the document and send it back to your inReddo project manager.  At this point you may either accept the translated document as is with no further editing or you may opt for the third step, a final edit by another native language translator.
  • If you opt for this third stage another native language editor will review the translated document for accuracy and cultural relevance to ensure that your message is consistent across the original and translated texts.
Once the native language editor is satisfied he will send the document back to your inReddo project manager who will do a final check for presentation and perform any page editing necessary before delivering your translated document back to you. Delivery times may vary so please let us know of any time constraints you may have, though all quotes will provide you with an estimated completion deadline.  Expedited service is also available so please contact us to discuss any such details.
